Our team participates as a core member of "asobu"
"asobu" officially launched on September 15, 2020 as a community hub for indie games in Japan(tip: asobu means "play" or "enjoy" in Japanese). This is an organization that is different from platformers and publishers in that it conducts indie game events, information exchange, promotional activities, networking, consulting, and so on. As supporters, a number of companies such as ID @ Xbox and Kickstarter are participating.
gtozka, the representative of this circle, participates in such asobu as a core member. The core is not the management side, but the one selected as the initial model of the creators supported by asobu. Therefore, it is also shown in the promotion video. It was shot in the chilly season, so I'm wearing a knit hat from Namco's (now Bandai Namco Entertainment) classic action-adventure "Breakdown".
I also work as a freelance writer. If that skills and know-how are useful to the indie game community in some way, I would like to provide them more and more.
In the future, while making games quietly, there are some difficult points in the current situation of self-restraint, but eventually we will do events related to the game being produced with the cooperation of asobu!
